First Day of School

This fall I am asking each student to bring:

-a one subject spiral bound notebook to use as your writing journal

-a pair of headphones in a ziplock bag with your name on it to use

during computer lab time and with the iPads.

-a pencil box
-black dry erase marker

-crayons

-pencils #2

-small pencil sharpener that catches the shavings

-erasers

-colored pencils

-glue sticks

-5 two pocket folders
1-two inch black Avery Durable three-ring binder for a portfolio

Please do not purchase trapper keepers or any other large items for your desk as we have limited storage space in our desk.

Our specialist schedule for this fall will be as follows:

Daily from 2:10-2:50

Monday: Computer Lab

Tuesday: Art with Mrs. Bovie

Wednesday: Library 

Thursday: Physical Education with Mr. Penley (please wear sneakers and dress properly to Participate in class)

Friday: Music 

Summer Homework

This summer as you are enjoying your vacation, I would like you to be thinking of an item you can bring to school on the first day for show-and-tell so you can share with the class one of your summer experiences. 

I would also like you to bring in a book or two that you read during your summer vacation. Be ready to share why you chose the book and a general summary of the story. 

Wow, homework already!!
